We would rather tell you what is coming than sell you something that is not here yet. None of the following is available today.
When they ship, every AI feature will be available on every paid plan — we do not intend to ration receipt scanning by tier. Heavy open-ended analysis will carry a usage allowance with the option to buy more, because its cost is genuinely variable. Everyday per-receipt work will be included.

Book a DemoVeloExpense offers three pricing tiers: Starter at CA$7 per user per month (PUPM), Business at CA$12 PUPM (most popular), and Enterprise at CA$20 PUPM (US$5 / US$9 / US$15 in USD). Annual billing is available at roughly 12–15% below monthly — CA$71, CA$128 and CA$213 per user per year (US$53 / US$95 / US$158). Prices are in CAD, with USD available.
Anybody who can sign in to your VeloExpense organization. Pending invitations are not billed, so inviting ten people and having three accept bills three. When you remove someone their access and their charge stop on the same event.
Starter (CA$7/user/month): expense reports with line-item splits, receipt upload and inbox, the policy engine, approval workflows, reimbursement tracking, up to 25 users and up to 10,000 expenses a year. Business (CA$12/user/month): everything in Starter plus accounting integrations for QuickBooks and VeloLedger, chart of accounts and GL coding, automatic posting of approved reports, analytics dashboards, delegated submission and approval, single sign-on, and unlimited users and expenses. Enterprise (CA$20/user/month, minimum 10 users): everything in Business plus multi-entity support, budgets checked at submission, the compliance control set, and a hash-chained audit log.
None yet, and we would rather say so. Receipt extraction, category and GL suggestion, plain-language policy explanations and ad hoc cost analysis are in development. The compliance controls that ship today — duplicate detection, amount outliers, violation density and approver concentration — are deterministic rules, not machine learning, and they raise a finding for a human to review rather than reaching a verdict on their own. When the AI features ship, every one of them will be available on every paid plan.
No. Setup is self-serve.
VeloExpense Business is CA$12 per user per month (US$9). Expensify Control is US$9 per user with the Expensify Card and US$18 without, so VeloExpense matches the card-linked price without asking you to run a corporate card programme through your expense policy. SAP Concur is quote-only and typically well above both. One difference worth knowing before you compare invoices: Expensify bills only users who were active in the period, while VeloExpense bills everyone who can sign in.
